For the family's teenage children, the aim was to provide a multifunctional room for studying, playing, and socialising. The bespoke joinery features a striking circular reading nook lined with a serene mountain mural and upholstered with a soft faux-fur cushion. Vertical timber slats in navy and pale oak add rhythm and interest. An integrated study desk is framed by contrasting shelving and finished with brass lighting and a tan leather chair, offering a dedicated workspace. The husband, who works from home, needed a space that felt polished and inspiring. The new office centres around full-height dark timber joinery with warm backlighting, brass picture lights, and decorative lattice-front cabinetry.
